Charlotte is passionate about teaching Pilates true to Joseph Pilates method so you can guarantee to feel results from her classes after just a few sessions. This is why we do our classes in blocks so that you commit to a weekly class - consistence is key. Her classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. All mats and small equipment are provided so all you need to do is turn up and work out.
Pilates focuses on building a strong core and the exercises used are gentle yet challenging which you do mainly lying on a mat on the floor! So it is the ultimate low-impact mat work exercise around.

Whatever your level of Pilates, these mixed ability classes cater to the very beginner to the more intermediate levels. We layer the exercises so you can take it to which ever level suits you and no one misses out. We also use small equipment in some of the classes to add resistance and challenge to the exercise and to also reflect the Reformer.
